Hybrid Working We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. Responsible for owning the Change /Incident/Problem/Configuration Management process on behalf of project teams . The role is primarily concerned with the appropriate raising, progression and management of change records, in Service Now, following the defined Change Management Standard and associated Processes and Best Practice guidance. . Providing support to the Change/Incident/PRB/Configuration Management function within GTIS Mainframe to ensure the whole department is managing and executing the change process as effectively as possible and key change events are visible to both and internal and external stakeholders as required. . The role holder will also be responsible for enhancing the Compliance Culture within the organisation in a manner consistent with the Barclays\' company purpose, values and mind-set. What will you be doing . Mainframe Service Performance reporting and measuring against SLA\'s. . Change Advisory Board chairman to lead daily CAB calls . Change Management function and Mainframe Change Advisory Board (CAB) Meeting administration . Mainframe team Incident and Problem management coordination and process tracking to meet the Operational Governance & various validation control targets. . Deliver ad-hoc reports on incident, problem and changes for upper management. . Asset and configuration management . TWS Audit . Software licencing & contract renewals . Project coordination . Area KPI reporter and PLC record management. . Initiation and leading the automation of Mainframe Documentation Index in Microsoft SharePoint & Confluence . Communication and assistant with Global Mainframe Leadership team - sharing important information which is related with Incident, Problem and Change management, New tools or product implementation (Service First, Mainframe Documentation Index, Software breaches etc.) . Creation and maintenance of Mainframe Service Dashboard, which is based on changes, incident and problem statistics to support quality view. . Strict adherence to ITIL Service Management principles as per Barclay\'s policy. . Creating, maintaining and automating report using MS Excel, Tableau Working cohesively with colleagues and develop strong, constructive relationships and effective collaboration What we\'re looking for: . Experience in mainframe support function and skills will added advantage. . Mainframe Service Assurance role with Infrastructure background. . Proficiency in Word processing/WordPerfect/Word/Excel Skills that will help you in the role: . Delivers on promises, works to and exceed where possible agreed timeframes for activity completion .
