Description of the role: The IT Infrastructure Analyst is primarily responsible for resolving IT Infrastructure alerts for our clients based in the US. This includes alerts being received through escalations from the monitoring team, through automated email alerts and end user escalations. The IT Infrastructure Analyst is expected to attend to all issues and either resolve them in a timely manner within the prescribed SLA (if doable) or escalate the to Tier 3 for resolution. The IT Infrastructure Analyst will also have to liaison with other 3rd parties (hardware vendors, data center staff, product support, etc.) to co-ordinate resolution of incidents and alerts.Key requirements: * The individual is expected to have a degree in Engineering. * 2- 4 years of experience in IT Infrastructure support. * Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2012, 2016 & 2019 * Strong understanding of Active Directory, DHCP and DNS. * Strong networking concepts * Good understanding of storage infrastructure and concepts * Excellent understanding of the VMWare virtualization platform and its related components. * Experience of Windows server administration and troubleshooting * Experience in managing VMWare environment including installation and upgrades. * Excellent verbal and written English is a must. The individual will be communicating with resources based in the US and must be able to communicate effectively. * The individual will be on the rolls of Interspence Solutions LLP (a Mumbai based IT company) and will be working to support a leading US based Oil & Gas company.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?285,705.23 - ?1,230,604.43 per yearBenefits:
