Program Manager (Lending Business)

Location: Bangalore

Job Purpose:

- As Program Manager you will be responsible for executing projects and programs are executed successfully, contributing to its overall success and strategic objectives of our lending business. The role demands a combination of project management skills, leadership capabilities, and strategic thinking.

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan, initiate, and manage multiple projects or programs concurrently which will include define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Identify and manage project risks and issues.

- Build and lead cross-functional project teams. Provide direction and support to project team members. Foster collaboration and teamwork among team members.

Quality and Performance Management:

- Establish and maintain project quality standards. Monitor and report on project performance metrics.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Allocate and manage project resources, including budgets, personnel, and equipment. Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.

- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and progress. Provide regular status updates and reports to executive leadership.

- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Ensure that change requests are properly documented and approved.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address project issues and risks as they arise.

- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Share findings and recommendations to enhance future project execution.

Job Specification:

- Masters / PG degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Project Management, General Management).

- Min 10 years experience in program / project management on in execution strategy

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of internet industry-specific best practices.

- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
