The Dev lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud-based Automation and Next gen solutions for Quality engineering services within LTIMINDTREE. The candidate Should have a strong understanding of Developing web based application on different cloud infrastructure, security, and deployment methodologies, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and implement Web and cloud-based solutions for our organization. Collaborating closely with different stakeholders to understand business requirements ensuring clear roadmap for development and implementation Extensive knowledge and Hands-on experience in using Restful web services Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.) Collaborate with the customer Business Analysts & SMEs to perform detailed requirements analysis. Responsible for Components Design, Construction & Unit Testing of assigned components/modules. Perform technical review and resolve any technical challenges. Coordinate with customer stakeholders and bridge offshore communication. Understanding of agile /waterfall development methodologies and test-driven development practices Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field. Minimum 4 years of leading experience is mandatory.
