Overview RFX experts will develop Global Procurement (GP) values by managing competitive events, streamlining RFX-to-award cycles to achieve best value agreements when we source. Translating strategy to automated RFX solutions will enable an E2E process that helps support global spend while delivering incremental and substantial productivity Responsibilities Track and report SLA/KPI\'s/Savings as per agreed methodology Partner with category managers in the collection, tracking, analysis & reporting for RFx/competitive bidding process Provide users training on Ariba sourcing/auction platform (as needed) Ensure complete and correct local/global reports and analysis provided to support Ariba sourcing process Prepares and delivers training to suppliers on using Ariba sourcing/auction tool Manages and leads NDA process with Legal, suppliers and category managers Aligns with category managers on productivity, criteria, and timeline expectations for Ariba sourcing/e-auction process specific for each event/category Lead workshops with users to find opportunities for improved/efficient reporting and align work plan Analyse data and Reports and offer recommendations for improvements to Reports, sourcing Tools, processes, data collection, and sourcing plans Running the RFX on the related tools, to be part of the design of the tender and run RFX on the tool, including the development of scenario analyses to be assessed as options before awarding. Ensure sufficient help sustained for RFx, E-sourcing and E-auction events managed on digital platform to all users within the Sector level. (Design, analysis, and reporting of events) Report system usage quarterly (base of payment to platform owner) to support other procurement activities (tenders, projects, etc.) on low season Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree Request for Proposal experience is required 7-9 years of experience in GP Operations/Shared Services Broad understanding of Global Procurement activities Effective communication skills and proficiency in English language Good PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP (Ariba) or other e-Sourcing tools essential Up to date with modern Procurement (Sourcing and Transactional) technologies & solutions Analytical skills, business acumen and knowledge of financial fundamentals Process improvement experience/mindset, tools, and method, in Lean, DMAIC Multi-cultural work experience Ability to influence, persuasive and strong in change management Experience using best-in-class sourcing strategies for global procurement spends specifically supplier evaluation, selection, performance reporting, contract negotiations, price inflation management & savings metrics is preferred Capacity to build trustful relationships in all levels of organization Project management skills with focus on aligning scope & objectives together with tight time managemen
