JR29995 Logistics Assistant The Logistics Assistant who works in the Finished Goods performs a range of jobs from receiving of products from production, subcons, RMAs to performing relabeling, splitting/merging, to picking/packing of products for shipment deliveries. For the logistics assistant who works at the RMA area, the job responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

- Verifies incoming RMA products to ensure physical and system are matching
- Works with CSO, RMA_ADMIN, HUB_OPS, Credit team, Logistics team, QA team and Schenker warehouse team to resolve RMA issues
- Performs SAP receipt for RMAs
- Seeks disposition for RMAs received
- Performs disposition given for the RMAs
- Handles reports like RMA tracking
- Ad-hoc reports or tasks may be assigned from time to time
- Participates in continuous improvement projects
- Run ZVOLDBAG report for the product approaching shelf life and perform old bag rebag
- Perform custom labeling and camera validation
- Perform split and merge of Dry Pack product to fulfill customer order
- Perform batching of module product to FG lot
