Job Description



The Logistics Analyst is responsible for reviewing daily transactional data between ERP and Service Management System (SMS), resolve errors and address root causes as well as perform analytic reporting for the supply chain function. Possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interface comfortably with all levels in the organization. Must have superior process knowledge and the ability to work independently to manage the day-to-day responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
What you'll do:

  • Ensure that data/transaction feeds between various systems are working as per requirements
  • Perform transaction reconciliation between ERP and SMS system.
  • Troubleshoot and work with IT or Data team to solve system or data related issue.
  • Support in Data Analysis - Identifying scope of improvement based on data
  • Support Logistics function with running reports and analysis.
  • Perform data analysis and develop operational KPIs report with visual dashboard on Supply Chain performance
  • Maintain and refresh KPI dashboard for supply chain in PowerBI or other visual tool.
  • Partner closely with service supply chain planning and logistics team.
  • Work with global service team engineers and back-office admin to resolve transactional errors.

The Individual
What you'll definitely need:
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field or higher.
  • Ideally possessing a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable background experience in inventory & logistics management / purchasing / Data Analytics.
  • Computer literacy, competency in use of all programs within MS Office Suite, PowerBI and aptitude for learning specialized software programs.
  • Knowledge of SAP system.
  • Language skills in English required.
  • 3 years + experience in supply chain or operations roles
  • Experience in using SAP and Data Analytics tools (PowerBI)
  • Exposure to SAP interfaces with other system (eg. EDI)
  • Must have great communication skills to communicate with global team members.
  • Excellent in process flow with the ability to troubleshoot in process errors.
