What will I be doing at Ather?
- Lead Significant projects and initiatives with full responsibility in partnership with key stakeholders within the Logistics domain to drive demand for and implement automation and digitization solutions.
- Define the apt automation tools to deliver the automation and digitization solutions.
- Continual focus on increasing team delivery capabilities.
- Anchor for project management, budgeting, planning and implementation of aforementioned solutions.
- Drive innovation and digital transformation as the core of delivery.
- Project Assessment : Determine project suitability, cost/benefit analysis, overall project management & resource allocation.
- Support the project deliveries and have upwards communications engagement with the senior management.
What kind of experience & skills do I need for this role?
- Minimum 6-10 years experienced engineering graduates with a Logistics domain .
- Adept knowledge of Lean Tools implementation like Value Stream Mapping [VSM] etc.
- Knowledge of automation and digitization tools and partners.
- Financial Acumen - Managing costs and identifying benefits.
- Skilled in PowerBI, Tableau or/and have practical knowledge in either VBA or SQL or Python.
- Sound knowledge of current business trends in Logistics Automation & Digitization.
