Job Responsibilities Process with high levels of accuracy to ensure transactions do not lead to Financial losses or Risk events Ensuring all controls and JP Morgan requirements are adhered to at all times and any risk items escalated immediately Comply with audit and compliance regulations for internal and external audits Maintain high levels of engagement with the Lenders, Credit executives/Underwriters, Client service executives and Bankers Ensure timely escalation to Senior management, as appropriate, Maintain 100% client satisfaction that is received through i Survey scores Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stakeholders, Be an SME in the process and understand the upstream and downstream process Analyze the process flow and suggest improvements to eliminate redundant steps through effective value stream mapping Team Player : be an effective team player, leading and participating in various engagement activities not just limited to process Take ownership of career through self-learning and utilizing various online and instructor lead training / coaching modules in JPMC Working successfully with others, valuing, and utilizing the different skills and experience of colleagues from across the organization, building interdependence to achieve shared objectives and goals Knowledge sharing and effective hand holding of new joiners through the Buddy program Ensure all mandatory/compliance training timelines are adhered, Develop Domain expertise across multiple lines of business to become Subject matter experts, Participate in periodic procedural reviews and suggest areas of enhancement Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred 1 - 4 years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations You should be open to work in night shifts Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and across levels Manage the complex requests with minimum supervision and independently make the decisions related to the process Preferable knowledge on aspects of Financial Statements, MIS reporting, Credit Agreement and other loan documents ICRD/Party-Central servicing system knowledge preferred, Demonstrate the attributes of flexibility and accountability Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in team environment
