:
- P&L responsibility for the zonal level operations across applications
- Responsible for sustaining and growing sales across existing clients
- Oversee and assist day to day KAM team in the respective zone - escalation management and client relationships
- Oversee day-to-day performance of operations; analyzing daily reports on daily gain/loss, SLAs, and utilization metrics
- Analyze SP Recruitment team productivity to ensure the recruitment channel is built and hiring targets are met
- Analyze SP Engagement team performance to ensure ALL SPs are trained rigorously on Lithium's code of conduct and other safe driving practices
- Maintain relationships with Service Centers and monitor city-level SLAs
- Participate in Sales pursuits with the zonal sales team as required
- Managing the administration function, defining SOPs, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
- Responsible for building a local vendor base and ensuring all purchases/deals are cost-effective
- Overseeing 100% compliance and enforcements, RCAs
- Local Regulatory Management - RTO, Law Enforcement, Subsidies recovery, Regulatory fillings, etc.
- Setting up new Charging infrastructure (HUBs) in the zone; overseeing the projects and ensuring timely completion
- Driving Corporate Initiatives across the regions - Tech Implementation, Team building, SP recruitment Channel building, etc.
- Responsible for protecting company assets and IP in the region
- Contribute to and participate in brand building and marketing activities in the region.
