We are looking for Technical Support Engineer, who have (a MINIMUM) experience of 1 - 2 years, of working on Linux and cPanel servers.
Ideal candidates should be able to work along with the team and take the responsibility of the tasks assigned to them.
This position would require that you are available to work in EVENING and NIGHT shifts on rotational basis.

Should be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues on cPanel server. Responsibilities and Duties Assisting overseas customers from UK and USA over live chat, email and Skype Understanding and resolving technical issues related to cpanel servers Generating a follow-up with customers to make sure their reported problems are resolved and customer is satisfied. Regularly monitoring servers to make sure services are stable Monitoring server backups and analysing them once completed. Performing server upgrades and audits to ensure security of servers QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
We are looking for people with background in Linux operating system. Ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of working on Linux servers from command line and troubleshooting problems that arise on cPanel servers.
We are looking for people with a minimum of 1 or 2 years experience of working on cPanel servers. You should be able to issues related to email, mysql, apache, php, imap, pop3, firewall, etc while assisting customers.
Must have 1-2 years of experience with WHM cPanel servers. ( We are not looking for freshers at this time )
We are particularly looking for candidates who reside and stay in Nasik. Are you a resident of Nasik? We are not looking for candidates who are not from Nasik as of now as we are expecting people to work in our Office premises in Nasik.
