- Drafting legal documents such as wills, trusts, contracts, and other legal documents
- Providing administrative support for lawyers and other members of the legal team
- Providing legal research support for attorneys by locating historical records, researching legal topics, identifying applicable laws, and compiling information on specific cases
- Drafting pleadings and briefs for court proceedings in accordance with state bar association guidelines
- Maintaining client files and other records in an organized fashion to facilitate retrieval when needed
- Preparing legal documents such as summonses, subpoenas, and complaints for filing with the court
- Drafting correspondence and other written materials for lawyers\xe2\x80\x99 signature or review by attorneys
- Preparing and filing legal documents with the court on behalf of attorneys
- Preparing court documents such as summonses, subpoenas, complaints, motions, orders, and briefs
