LLM Responsibilities Drafting and Vetting of Agreements & Contracts for the company SPL in agreements like FRANCHISE or real estate drafting\'s & agreements , License, Distribution Look from all the legal aspects of the Company Preparing Leave & License Agreements, Side letters, Deeds, Contracts etc. Drafting Agreement for Sale, Deed of Transfer, Power of Attorney, Will, Leave and License Agreement, Declaration cum Indemnity, Public Notices, etc. Specialist in Franchise Agreement Preparing and reviewing legal documents Identify, anticipate & mitigate legal risk in the legal documentation. Excellent drafting & negotiating skills. Drafting Legal notices, Reply, Complaints etc. Handle all litigation matters and non litigation Requirements Well versed with MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Power point, MS-Excel). Good reasoning and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both in written and in oral.
