Role And Responsibilities Handle trademark matters, including responding to examination reports and copyright matters. Draft and review legal documents such as franchise agreements, memorandums of understanding, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements. Appear on behalf of the company for trademark registration and successfully obtain registrations. Work on IP valuation and well-known trademarks, including preparing cease and desist notices. Candidate Qualifications LLB or LLM degree from a recognized university. Required Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong reasoning and analytical skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Exceptional drafting skills with the ability to write concisely, clearly, and logically.
