Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties:
\xef\x82\xb7 Support finance in relation to financing transactions including review and negotiating loan documents and
assisting in all ancillary supporting matters.
\xef\x82\xb7 Drafting agreements, MOUs, supporting documents, CP documents, undertakings, notices, NDAs, as required
from time to time.
\xef\x82\xb7 General transaction support - assisting with legal due diligence, legal structuring and documentation, signing and
closing processes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Advising on local applicable laws and regulations such as stamp duty related implication
Skills & Competencies:
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in banking and finance and / or M&A and PE transactions
\xef\x82\xb7 Comfortable with handling wide variety of commercial contracts
\xef\x82\xb7 Good drafting, negotiating, and reviewing skills (a drafting test might be administered as seen necessary)
\xef\x82\xb7 Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of and experience of working in renewable energy sector a plus but not necessary
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work with both legal and business teams and have a collaborative approach
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to be adapt and adjust to an in-house set up
