Roles and Responsibilities Job Profile Drafting and vetting of letters, NOCs, undertakings, agreements, recovery letters, petitions, appeal etc. in compliance with all regulatory statutes. Co-ordination with collection departments for initiating legal action against defaulting borrowers. Drafting, vetting and assistance in finalisation of formats of overdue notices, demand notices, Section 138 Notice, Loan Recall Notice for initiating legal action. Co-ordination with lawyers and internal teams on case-to-case basis and continuous follow up on ensuring processing of each and every case in expediate manner. Provide assistance in documentation and debt recovery process. Conduct legal research and prepare gist or checklist based on various laws; Attending courts, NCLT meetings as a representative of the Company and updation of matters in reports/MIS on respective cases; Prepare MIS/Reports on cases on time-to-time basis and tracking and monitoring of the same; Guiding on stamp duty charges applicable in various states on various agreements. Well versed with Insolvency and Bankruptcy code, Negotiable Instrument Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Settlement and Payment Act and Contract Law. Other routine matters.
