Job Role: Legal Manager - Civil Litigation Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Manager - Civil Litigation located in Bengaluru. The Legal Manager - Civil Litigation will be responsible for managing all aspects of civil litigation matters, including case strategy, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations. Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Law with 6+ years of experience in managing civil litigation matters in India
• Excellent understanding of all stages of Indian civil litigation and ability to provide sound legal advice based on changing legal frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate legal concepts effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion while maintaining high quality standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external counsel, and ability to build strong working relationships
• Must have experience in agreements & registration, visiting police station & courts.

• Preferred people currently based out of Bangalore.
