Position-1nos Job description Section 1: Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Law (LLB) from a BCI recognized institution.
• Optional Education: Master\'s degree in Law (LLM), MBA or relevant specialization.
• Certifications: Registered under the Advocates Act and/or Bar Council Registration
• Minimum Work Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Candidate Residency: Mumbai or Mumbai Suburban only
• Work Location: Onsite, Work from Office
• Joining: Immediate

Section 2: Preferred Professional Background 1. Legal Practice Experience: Substantial experience working as a legal practitioner or as a part of a legal team, preferably with exposure to corporate and commercial law. 2. In-House Legal Experience: Prior experience as an in-house legal counsel within a corporate or organizational setting. 3. Specialization: Expertise in a specific area of law (e.g., contract law, intellectual property law, labor law) is highly preferred. 4. Experience working as a part of a team is preferred 5. Experience working daily full-time onsite at the previous organization is preferred 6. Small/Medium/Large organization experience Section 3: Role & Responsibilities 1. Legal Advisory and Compliance: A. Provide legal counsel and advice to the organization on a wide range of legal matters. B. Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. C. Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. 2. Litigation Management: A. Oversee and manage legal disputes and litigation matters, collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary. B. Prepare and represent the organization in legal proceedings, including court appearances. 3. Contract Management: A. Develop and maintain an efficient contract management system. B. Review, negotiate, and draft various contracts, ensuring legal protection and compliance. 4. Corporate Governance: A. Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles and applicable laws. B. Support the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Board of Directors and senior management in governance-related matters. 5. Intellectual Property Protection: A. Safeguard and manage the organization\'s intellectual property rights. B. Assist in trademark, patent, and copyright registrations and enforcement. 6. Regulatory Affairs: A. Monitor and interpret changes in relevant laws and regulations. B. Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and participate in regulatory filings. 7. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: A. Identify legal risks and propose strategies for risk mitigation. B. Develop and implement legal risk management processes. 8. Legal Research and Analysis: A. Conduct legal research to stay updated on legal developments. B. Analyze and provide recommendations on legal issues and complex cases. 9. Team Leadership: A. Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering their growth and development. B. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to achieve organizational objectives. 10. Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Assist (ad-hoc) in any legal projects and tasks as directed by senior management & leadership. Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Law (LLB)
• Optional Education: Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Law (LLM),MBA or relevant specialization
• Experience working in a law firm will be considered a big advantage for this role
• Superior knowledge of industry regulations and corporate procedures for maintaining compliance
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb943,681.31 per month Benefits:
