Skilled in drafting complex commercial contracts, Energy sector contract, EPC contracts, property transaction documentation, Charter party, International trade contracts, Logistics & Insurance documentations, corporate debt restructuring, Financial Instruments documentations, Employment/service contract, Software contract. Proficient in drafting notices, plaints, written statements, writs, reply/rejoinder, misc. Petitions, appeals, SLP\xe2\x80\x99s, Revisions, court interim applications, Arbitration claims and replies, assisting and appearing in courts for the company, Skilled in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Act, Successfully defended Bhatia Group before DRT/DRAT/HC/SC under RDDB, SARFAESI Act against Banks ; Education: Degree in Law Experience: Preferably 15+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in business law at law firm and/or corporate environment with MNC exposure. Litigation practice and commercial understanding will be added advantages Must have skills: Richly skilled in Land acquisition through private negotiation; preparation of site selection with feasibility, valuation and rehabilitation report; Title search; Land use conversion; Registration of deeds. Fluent in English (verbal and written), Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good in negotiation skills Able to work in virtual team environment with direct reports and/or stakeholders based in different countries/locations A detail person and able to manage/prioritize multiple parallel projects while ensuring a proper balance of quality with expedience Curious personality and willingness to learn Team Player, Good to have skills: Ensured compliance of regulatory norms as prescribed by the regulatory authorities, Ensured Corporate compliance in every contract and project execution of laid down internal standards of the organization, keeping abreast of legislations, guidelines and customer practices of domestic and partner markets. Developed guidelines and other process controls (SOP) to address regulatory compliance risks and contribute to periodic updates of implemented guidelines, controls, periodically revising internal policy programs in light of changes in the law and policies of government.
