"We are in need of a legal professional to serve as an Legal Assistant within our organization. About Us: Our Chamber of Commerce holds official recognition from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. We extend support to various industries, trades, and services within the Asian business community. Our primary objective revolves around facilitating international trade and commerce. Position: Legal Assistant (Litigation Matters) Location: Navi Mumbai. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in representing in High Court proceedings, including handling writ petitions, consumer cases, and appearances before State Commissions, among other legal matters Qualification: LLB or LLM Working Schedule: The working days for this position are Monday to Saturday, with work hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Compensation: The offered monthly compensation for this role is Up to 2.4 lacs per annum. Preferred Location: Candidates based in Navi Mumbai are strongly preferred.
