• Assessing and preparing contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents.\xef\x80\xa0

• Reviewing financing options, lending requirements, title affidavits, and bankruptcy claims.\xef\x80\xa0

• Facilitating communication between property owners, landlords, clients, and lawyers.\xef\x80\xa0

• Conducting research and distributing real estate documents.\xef\x80\xa0

• Analyzing title documents and legal descriptions of property.\xef\x80\xa0

• Documenting processes, as well as maintaining hard copy files and electronic records.\xef\x80\xa0

• Answering client questions and escalating serious concerns.\xef\x80\xa0

• Keeping clients informed of progress made with real estate applications.\xef\x80\xa0

• Submitting accurate legal documents in a timely manner.\xef\x80\xa0

Profile Requirements

• Associate\'s degree in paralegal studies, or similar.\xef\x80\xa0

• Post-bachelor\'s degree paralegal certification with a real estate focus preferred.\xef\x80\xa0

• A minimum of 2 years\' experience as a real estate paralegal.\xef\x80\xa0

• Extensive knowledge of real estate documents, contracts, applications, and submissions.\xef\x80\xa0

• Competency in legal project management software, such as Amberlo and Accelo.\xef\x80\xa0

• Superb organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.\xef\x80\xa0

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.\xef\x80\xa0

• Keen attention to detail.\xef\x80\xa0

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\xef\x80\xa0
