Designation - Legal Analyst Qualification - LLB/CS Experience - 0 - 1 years Location- Hyderabad - Experience in a law firm, in-house legal function, PE or VC. Responsibilities : - Liaise with External Counsels, third-party consultants, financial institutions, rating agencies etc. - Ensure that all operational procedures are current and thoroughly documented and implemented. - Exhibit efficient transaction management skills to close the transaction within desired timelines. - Involve in transaction/deal negotiations, engaging with counterparties, investor partners, regulators and external counsels across the business activities of Crimson. - Support the transaction/business team with any assistance required during the execution of a transaction. - Draft and negotiate a diverse set of legal documents such as MOUs, head of the terms/term-sheets, and transaction documents, required as a part of initiating/closing deals and routine matters. - Support the management during negotiation meetings with counterparties in connection with the deals. - Prepare and review commercial contracts etc. Skills: - Exemplary written and verbal communication and interpersonal communication skills. - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent articulation skills and sound knowledge of all corporate/commercial laws. - Willingness to expand skillset, take on new opportunities and ownership of work. - Outstanding organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc). Job Type: Full-time Salary: 975,000.00 - 985,000.00 per year Schedule:
