Responsibilities:

Providing timely and commercially sound legal guidance to management on all regulatory matters and compliance issues
Researching and analysing the compliance requirements for new legislation or existing regulations
Monitoring changes in the regulatory environment regularly and taking appropriate actions
Keeping up-to-date on relevant legal news and writing about current issues
Drafting and vetting legal documents or agreements such as Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, NDA, DPA, etc.

Education and Experience:

Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledge and interest in the legal sector, global data security & privacy laws
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Legal drafting, research, and critical thinking skills
Competence to review and identify common legal issues in complex business documents
