The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Analyst-Legal shall be a member of the Global Legal Service Center (GLSC) of 3M Legal Affairs and handles work outsourced from the 3M United States (US) and other English-speaking subsidiaries of 3M. The team, housed within 3M India’s legal department assists the Office of General Counsel (OGC), the Office of Intellectual Property Counsel (OIPC), Compliance and Business Conduct group and Legal Operations. The primary aim of the team is to give round the clock, cost effective service to the clients in adherence to 3M’s standards of quality and efficiency.
Analyst-Legal shall support the Attorneys of the Office of General Counsel, Office of the Intellectual Property Counsel, Compliance and Business Conduct group and Legal Operations of various English-speaking subsidiaries of 3M.
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• L.L.B/L.L.M
• 5+ years of working experience with corporates
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Good Team Player
• Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
