80,000 + ! is the number of associates we support globally as part of the Learning & Talent Operations (P&O) team. We are instrumental in ensuring successful operation of global learning activities across the organization and improving efficiency and simplification through high-quality administrative support.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Create and implement learning service integration and transition plans, ensuring that all necessary activities are performed in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage and coordinate the integration and transition of learning services from multiple service providers, collaborating with customers to ensure that all requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with learning service providers, ensuring that they meet their SLAs and providing them with support as needed. Ensure that all learning service providers adhere to the organization\'s policies and standards, including security and privacy requirements.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including training managers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts, to ensure that their learning requirements are met.
• Work with internal and external customers to ensure that the organization\'s learning management system is configured to support the integration and transition of learning services.
• Assess and report on learning service performance, providing regular updates to customers on the status of integration and transition efforts. Create and maintain learning service integration and transition-related documentation, including project plans, status reports, and training materials.
• Facilitate learning service reviews and improvement initiatives, collaborating with learning service providers and customers to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and allocate resources to support learning service integration and transition activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
