Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • The purpose of this role is to lead and develop the teams in Learning & Talent Systems Services and responsible for the delivery of all services in scope of UP4Growth (CSOD) including Learning, Talent, Competencies and Performance and all new systems in the Learning & Talent scope. This role will actively support the execution of the Learning & Talent Services, one of the service towers in the operating model of the P&O Services, including establishing/leading operational excellence, user experience and integrated end-to-end delivery of services and system support within Sandoz.
  • This role will strongly liaise with the Learning and TMOD CoEs, with the service enablers and the alliance of expertise to ensure quality service delivery for all Sandoz associates (internal & external) and alignment with broader P&O Strategy.
  • Lead and drive the Learning & Talent Systems Services in strong alignment with the other Learning & Talent Services teams. Provide input to Learning & Talent Services and P&O Services strategies and translate the related parts of the strategies into own operational plans; monitor compliance and initiate corrective measures in case of deviations.
  • Develop and execute strategy, processes and standards for all Learning & Talent Systems Services aspects (e.g., services, processes, continuous improvement) in close co-operation with the respective CoEs, the service enablers and the alliance of expertise.
  • Work closely with stakeholders at global, divisional/functional and regional level as relevant to drive respective initiatives and to anticipate future needs and opportunities. Drive budget planning discussions, SLA process and take responsibility for the budget/resource allocation.
  • Take accountability for the Learning & Talent Systems Services delivery in line with defined SLAs and KPIs; ensure operational excellence and quality assurance, putting processes in place that enable efficient delivery and maximum impact from global investment.
  • Proactively review on the efficiency of delivery processes and procedures. Lead, coach, develop and grow a team of first line managers who in turn manage teams delivering high-value learning and talent services while ensuring they have the right skills to succeed.
Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:
  • 10+ years of experience in Learning, P&O, Cornerstone, learning metrics, learning processes, learning delivery, learning management services, project management or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience of managing teams and initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exemplary customer service orientation. Broad experience in P&O Processes
  • Experience with P&O cloud solutions (preferably Cornerstone on Demand) and GxP. Data Privacy & Compliance requirements
Desirable:
  • University degree, preferably with further education in e.g. Service Management, change Management, Project Management
