DESCRIPTION Job summary
GO AI team is seeking an experienced customer-obsessed L&D Program manager who will be responsible for overseeing end to end learning strategy and direction, Lead need analysis activities. Should be comfortable to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Understand adult learning in addition to being a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service. You are also willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done while insisting on the highest standards.

Key job responsibilities
Deliver independently in an environment where learning problem and solutions are not defined. Requires planning and coordination across regions.
Define programs or deliverables to help to engage with the business. Identify/Manage Projects Independently
Provides support to Sr. leaders and managers within team/department in a single business function. Designs and delivers end to end solutions for large programs and Leadership development initiatives.
Provides inputs to the team to build offerings that solve business problems.
Work is strategic. Responsible for multiple programs. Manages difficult solutions. facilitate leadership and manager programs.
Define learning goals and enable client teams to meet them. Accelerates progress by driving timely decisions, spot risks and ask the right questions.
Clears blockers, escalates appropriately. Makes trade-offs: time vs. quality vs. resources.
Manage stakeholder for multiple programs/teams across multiple sites. Improves solution and process efficiency and maintain uniformity across sites. Optimizes cross-team processes that improve team efficacy and delivery.
Authoring tools, Design/illustration tools, Video and Audio editing, Learning & content management systems, Web Design basics and tools

A day in the life
In this role, you will work with the Sr. Program Managers and other stakeholders to design, plan, implement, measure, and scale new and existing talent development programs for employees at all job levels. You will support talent needs for the AVOC organization cutting across skill building, leadership development, cultural assimilation and change management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate bias for action, have excellent project management and interpersonal communication skills, and deliver quality results.

About the team
The GO AI team is an initiative, which remotely handles exceptions in the Amazon Robotic Fulfillment Centers Globally. GO AI seeks to complement automated vision based decision-making technologies by providing remote human support for the subset of tasks which require higher cognitive ability and cannot be processed through automated decision making with high confidence. This team provides end-to-end solutions through inbuilt competencies of Operations and strong central specialized teams to deliver programs at Amazon scale. It is operating multiple programs including TRON, VBI, Proxemics and other new initiatives in partnership with global technology and operations teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 7 years experience in managing and leading of learning and Development programs/teams.
3 years experience in program or project management
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
3 years experience in Learning and Development (e.g., supporting or leading learning programs, story-boarding, building training content, training facilitation, bridging gaps in knowledge effectively, evaluating programs, and measuring success)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Masters degree or MBA in a relevant field such as business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, or instructional design
Formal training or education in adult learning and/or instructional design
Global work experience
Aptitude for learning and using technology for both learning design and data analysis
Innovative and proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment
Strong communication and influencing skills
