Description:

Primary Purpose of Position:

Support the design, delivery, and evaluation of Learning & Talent Development activities across the Asia Pacific region, specifically the Pune office. In conjunction with the Learning and Talent Development Manager, manage learning content (face-to-face and online) to ensure material is current and meets business needs, including developing programs to address gaps identified. Face-to-face and virtual facilitation required.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the Graduate Development Program, including evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop training (face-to-face and online) content based on gaps identified to meet business needs. Facilitation when required.
  • Facilitate workshops on topics including leadership, interpersonal skills, and unconscious bias.
  • Coordinate learning and development program logistics to ensure programs and courses are delivered seamlessly in TalentHub (LMS) to create a positive learning experience
  • Develop budgets and course costings for Learning & Talent Development programs as required
  • Maintain system data in TalentHub (LMS) and support business units with reporting.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness including analysing participant feedback and developing reports to outline the return on investment
  • Support global Learning & Talent Development project as required
  • Complete all work in line with Stantec Core Values and in accordance with the Stantec Quality, Safety & Environment Systems and Project Quality Procedures
  • Other duties as reasonably required

Qualifications:

Skills & Specifications:
  • Qualifications & Experience
o Tertiary qualification in Education, Psychology or Human Resources or relevant equivalent experience and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment

o Minimum 7 years relevant experience in learning and development

o Sound experience facilitating leadership and interpersonal skills workshops.

o Sound knowledge and experience using learning management systems, preferably Oracle

o Experience in and the ability to work within a matrix structure

o Sound experience in developing online learning and development content using e-learning publishing tools such as Articulate (desirable)

o Interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external clients

o Organisational skills to prioritise work to meet business needs

o Well-developed written and verbal communication skills to interact with a broad range of audiences
