Be responsible for the E2E design of the learning solution, working with partners across Philips University, vendor organisations and Philips People Services. Learning design and development is the key focus of the role with project management, quality assurance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement as key enablers of delivering effective and impactful learning solutions within cost and time targets. Key responsibilities u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Works on small to medium-d projects of low to medium design complexity or works with more senior consultants on a large programu200B, u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Manages learning projects end-to-end in accordance with agreed conditions of time, costu200B and scope using Philips Project Management Standards and tools, u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Engages with Subject Matter Experts to extract high quality learning content and manages the Subject Matter Expertsu2019 input and feedback in the E2E processu200B, u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Designs learning solutions creates an (content) outline for proposed learning solution, sets specifications for development of the materials and takes the delivery approach and channels into consideration in the design phaseu200B, u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Uses selected Content Authoring tools to create remember-level learning, u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Performs detailed quality assurance on developed learning solutions, considering learning effectiveness and user experienceu200B, u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Creates appropriate assessment strategy for learning solutions and supports Sr. Learning Consultant in measuring the impact of learning where relevantu200B, u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Participates in internal capability-building initiatives and university-wide improvement projects, u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Designs learning modules or training materials and assessment using knowledge about instructional design, pedagogy or adult learning approaches, techniques and methods, u00B7u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Applies end to end approaches (such as ADDIE or Design Thinking) to learning design and development, In return, we offer you Describe in two to three lines what tangible and intangible benefits the incumbent will gain in this role.
