Job Description


We are looking for a new colleague: Learning Consultant, Learning Tools & Practices You and your team: As a Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning and coaching solutions, based on the business requirements of Data and Analytics Operations. You will be responsible for crafting digital learning, coordinating training, driving learning global projects, sourcing and liaising with appropriate vendors, reports generation and analysis, measuring training efficiency and mentor. In this role you will help in the execution and implementation of the learning initiatives as well as support the learning function from an administration, reporting, process, operational and logistical perspective. The team of 8 Learning Consultants is based in Gdynia, Bangalore and Manila. What you need to bring: Strong training delivery skills (live and virtual), Intermediate Instructional Design skills (Instructor Lead Trainings and/or self- paced for basic programs), Solid understanding of common digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Powtoons, Strong Excel skills, Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal with experience of giving feedback, Ability to engage with multiple learning participants and groups on an ongoing basis, Ability to produce and deliver results in an environment where stretch objectives are continually set to meet growing customer expectations, Solid understanding of the latest trends in Learning & Development, Understanding and/or experience with Customer Support. You would be more competitive with: Understanding of the financial markets and products, Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) Some of your daily tasks would be: Deliver digital learning requirements such as e-learning, micro-learning videos, etc., Deliver live or remote instructor-led-training, Provide back-end support on applicable Learning systems and tools and engage in tasks related to scheduling, reporting and analysis, Conduct administrative duties such as maintenance of training calendar, booking of training rooms, preparing training certificates, consolidation and analysis of training reports and records, Participate in global learning projects and collaborate with Learning staff and local and global stakeholders.
