  • Manage monthly closing of AP records
  • Ensure team members are trained for Finance induction and conduct regular refresher trainings
  • Delivering operational KPIs at the expected quality and accuracy levels
  • Ensuring appropriate work allocation across team members
  • Implementing & maintaining process controls (QA; mistake proofing; etc.)
  • Delivering improved efficiency through process improvements
  • Ensures 100% compliance of all payments processes and guidelines
  • Manage Employee claims and VAT claims Process
  • Manage Direct Debit payments from Bank Balance Sheet
  • Manage Invoice on holds for right resolution
  • Sub ledger reconciliation and Period End Sweep/Reporting activities
  • Checking and approving the daily payment proposals; One time Vendors and Personal Expenses
  • Validate the posting of all PAYE/HMRC transactions with terms/on hold status
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
  • Research; resolve and communicate discrepancy or outstanding balance on vendor account
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
  • Driving and implementing CI Projects and innovation for their teams
  • Deep expertise in a particular process or discipline
  • First line team supervisory responsibility on process coaching; on the job training; coordinating and communicating
  • Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders; manage escalations within process
  • Solves Operational Problems


Qualifications
Responsible for overseeing the assigned processes by managing daily operations; monitor process performance; handle first level escalation; build customer relationship; monitor training and drive a culture of CI.
