Job Brief

The role requires driving all the employee-centric activities of the organization internally and externally. Ability to drive organizational awareness by planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring timely communication.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to create an effective employee-centric communication strategy to inspire, inform and influence internal and external audiences.
• Ability to develop an understanding of the company\'s goals and values and build a road map to success.
• Collaborate with designers, web developers, and marketing communications professionals to create internal communications material, such as web pages, e-mail messages, posters, and online advertisements.
• Lead online communications vehicles designed to promote organizational brand and values.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in corporate communications.
• Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in mass communication, public relations, or a related field.
• Should come with excellent interpersonal skills, be energetic, proactive, agile, aggressive(can drive projects to closure), and have a structured thought process.
• Have a data-driven mindset and experience with data/analytics.
