Essential Tasks & Responsibilities
Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders and other news across both locations.
Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as monthly newsletter or regular email bulletin.
Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all departments of the organization.
Build a social media presence to inspire and include employees and transform traditional communications efforts to align with shifting communications methods and standards.
Manage cross-functionally to unite resources and influence teams and stakeholders across the business.
Team with Marketing team colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment between internal and external messaging, activations and experiences.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
BA/MA in communications or a related field. A degree in Journalism, English, or Communications are preferred.
Proven track-record of designing and implementing successful social media, engagement, and digital media strategies.
High level of strategic knowledge, internal and external communications experience, energy, commitment and enthusiasm.
Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills Required.
Experience in coordinating and /or development of presentation decks, video, graphic design etc.
Spokesperson and presentation training expert.
