It's a massive problem of volume and churn. We took a product first approach and have created a Uber for recruitment platform to solve this problem.Who should consider this role?If you cherish being the Data focused and Operations heavy team leader with a dream to take a nascent business from annualized 4 Cr to 100 Cr annualized. This role is apt for you.Responsibilities:- Accountable for the P&L of this business unit and its growth and scale- Build short term and long term strategic and operational plans- Scale business by 10X- Manage the fulfillment operations, Marketing and Revenue divisions via Division heads.- Set up KRA for these 3 divisions such that the sum of parts help you achieve your KRA.- Revenue division will consist of BD and KAM, fulfillment will consist of Tele calling operations.- Hire and Manage performance of the above division heads.- Identify industry trends and opportunities and take business decisions to enable faster growth of this venture- Day-to-day decisions on the operations strategy and resource allocation to achieve the objectives- To drive the whole team towards the larger vision, by setting up strong KPIs and incentive structure- Work closely with the leadership team on future strategies of the overall business and this specific verticalEligibility Criteria:- Should have a total experience of more than 8 years- Candidate should have worked at National P&L management role in a scaled operations driven company for at least 3-4 years.- Should be Btech/MBA from a reputed institute.- Should be willing to relocate to Bangalore.Skills:- High on ownership and responsibility- Should have a Founder mindset- Should have worked in aggressive target driven culture- Should be proactive- Should be able to inspire large teams- Should have frugal mind-set- Should be able to work with different teams- Should have displayed an urge of rapidly growing within an organization and take higher responsibilitiesKey PR Features:For more info, we got recently featured inThe Ken, YourStory, Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office) (ref:updazz.com)
