Experience writing test cases and test plans. Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Good knowledge of Database Testing. Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have: - 8-12 yrs of testing / test automation experience - Minimum 4+ years project hands-on experience in .net applicaiton support for night shift. Excellent written and oral communication skills - Fluent in English communication - Proficient level skills with MS office suite, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Strong in supervising and Team handling skills - Good at E-mail Etiquettes - Strong organizational skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Strong ability to multi-task - Team leaders have a responsibility to communicate team goals - Demonstrated capability of managing multiple & concurrent tasks - Excellent in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Access and Power point) - important soft skills, such as written and oral communication, logical thinking, adaptability, attention to detail and reliability - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Hands on
