About Company . Roles and Responsibility Data Analyst: Lead Technical Roles & Responsibility .Build enterprise curated data model from the raw data residing in enterprise data hub, for various data domains within Retail such as Product & pricing, Supply chain across various banners. .Work with business team, stakeholders, and data technical teams to understand data model requirements. .Ability to lead a small team of approximately 3-5 members effectively. .Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance/support to the team. .Ability to contribute towards project estimations. .Assist the organization with technical interviews during recruitment events. .Exhibit Technical Leadership in driving the teams for successful product deliveries. Skills Required: .4+ years' experience with data modelling and data mapping. . Data profiling / analysis to establish the data model. .Create conceptual data models for the various retail data domains, taking their relationships into account. .Create taxonomy/data dictionary (asset library). .Create the DDLs & help deploy models to various environments. .Support downstream Mart/ semantic layer creation, Data science users. .Experience in data wrangling and querying/analyzing raw data from source systems and data lake. .Strong SQL and scripting languages such as Python . .Experience in developing data models for analytical workloads and Enterprise BI/reporting. .Strong communication skill with the ability to drive discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements. Desired Skills An independent contributor /Ability to lead a small teamexpected to be an expert in the technology area with 4 to 7yrs of exp. Must be a Bachelor graduate or above Excellent Communication & Presentation skills with positive attitude.
