The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) group is responsible for Agile, Architecture, Services, Product Development and Cloud, Engineering, and Test Engineering, Site Reliability, as well as training and processes to enable the Wells Fargo Technology organization and the company to achieve this transformation. The team is at the forefront of development low code and no-code platforms and tools for technology transformation

Role Overview

As a Lead Systems Operations Engineer for low code/no-code platform, you will support the evolution and implementation of key technology capabilities that will transform the user experience for the consumers. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Technology, vendors & LOB partners and collaborating with the vendor and technology teams to deliver solutions through Agile methodology. To be successful in this role, you must be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, who thrives as an independent contributor, yet is able to collaborate with other teams/partners

The ideal applicant should have strong experience in developing the use cases.

Position Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT experience in building use cases, operational efficiency, digitization and applications modernization.
  • 5 + years of experience on applications innovation and customer engagement.
  • 5+ years of experience on operational efficiency and legacy applications migrations.
  • Building business cases for digitization and on applications modernization
  • Experience in understanding the client requirements and logical solutions.
  • Building and developing long-term relationship with customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of service line capabilities of the technologies and how they might benefit the end-users.
  • Identify & suggest transformational opportunities in the new area of work.
  • Support product adoption, on-boarding and communication strategy/roll-out.
  • Experienced and well versed in Agile practices, good exposure to tools like JIRA, ServiceNow.
  • Intermediate or advanced certification in Mendix.
  • Good to have related industry certifications or cloud certifications.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Experience in understanding of software development life cycle.
  • Partner with different stakeholders to understand business requirements and define the use cases.
  • Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
  • Creates process models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
  • Experience in creating, documenting the use cases & versioning.
  • Ability to express ideas throughout developing the business case.
  • Ability to think critical & innovative.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with the tight deadlines.
  • Participate & collaborate with key stakeholders (value stream leaders, technical and control groups)
  • Partner and collaborate with design & architecture groups on different technical deliverables.

  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills - Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products as required
