Survey Operations (Career) is is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noida office

Lead Specialist

The purpose of this role is to work independently, on routine work for markets. The key accountabilities of this role will be to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on client products and internal projects, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.

We will count on you for:
  • Data / Survey Analysis:
  • Analyse client data for accuracy and completeness
  • Clearly define hypothesis from data and find inferences
  • Identify and analyse trends in client data and suggest solutions
  • Communicates with consultants regarding participation and data validation
  • Updates data collection and report materials
  • Proficiently uses Excel and Word in the course of analytical tasks
  • Assumes ownership in tasks and ensures on-time completion
  • Participates in the delivery of multiple projects per year
  • Contributes to process documentation and software tools review as required
  • Contributes as a team member in all projects and assumes team tasks as necessary
  • Participate and lead internal Projects to improve talent, quality, service delivery and internal efficiency/effectiveness
  • Lead knowledge sessions to mentor new members of the team. Support the leader in executing short and long term plans for the development of the team.
  • Project management
  • Monitor survey project plans
  • Coordinate tasks with other project stakeholders
  • Communicate project status to internal/external groups
  • Collaborate in discussions to solve moderate issues (e.g., field or result errors) advising of potential risk
  • Provide input to resource allocation
  • Identify appropriate tools to use for specific work product recommendations
What you need to have:
  • Mnimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
  • Experience in statistical analysis and decision making or related field preferred
  • Should be able to draw meaningful insights from the data
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Problem solving skills
  • Having LEAN mindset and exposure to JIRA tool (good to have but not mandatory)
Education:
  • Graduate (any stream)
