MACD
1. Test and turn up of circuits.
2. Initial build or modifications of the router configuration (data and Unified Communication)
3. Apply Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) for production monitoring.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve physical or networking issues during and Move Add Change Delete (MACD)
5. Master Delete task to clean-up or remove routes, tunnels, or networking paths of removed equipment.
6. Partner with project teams to implement network equipment and design.
7. Demonstrated knowledge of Service Management processes and tools.
8. Very strong IP networking skills
9. CCNA education courses or certification are added advantage.
10. Knowledge and experience troubleshooting the first 4 layers of the OSI model.

Strong Networking background:
1. Ability to perform complex troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and correct telephony related provisioning problems.
2. Basic knowledge of computer networking including LAN, WAN, IP Switching and Routing concepts
3. Basic knowledge of traditional PSTN Operations and Technology including PBX and voicemail administration task recommended but not required.
4. Knowledge and experience with routing and switching (4-7 years of experience which includes educational experience)
5. Knowledge of CUCM/voice call flow comprehension and basic troubleshooting
6. Knowledge of onsite telecommunications wiring (analog, t1, metro, fiber, pri, & coax)
7. Experience working with phone providers troubleshooting calls for analog lines and CUCM SIP representation.
8. 5+ years of customer service within network space, extensively over the phone remote support.
9. Excellent English communication skills (95% of work is phone support with vendor technicians)

5. This position is for a network support analyst who will be supporting data and voice in a production network environment working with over a dozen different network equipment and platforms.
