Summary As a Lead Sourcing Specialist - Sourcing Initiatives, you will be responsible for supply chain initiatives and programs supporting sourcing, vendor onboarding and management, including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and Sourcing tools. The successful candidate will use their experience with purchasing and accounts payable processes in a global business, creates and executes strategy for optimizing workflow processes, finding ways to simplify and streamline change management activities for stakeholders. You will lead the Next Gen workflow processes strategic roadmap and leading the design, test and implementation of future platform improvements. Roles and Responsibilities: Own sourcing specific ERPs, processes and tools. Review and improve processes. Work on special initiatives. Working knowledge of NextGen workflow process and forms. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues. Creates and executes strategy for optimizing workflow processes, finding ways to simplify and streamline change management activities for stakeholders. Driving improvements in sourcing processes including delivery/quality issues, invoicing/payables issues, and vendor management. Ensuring business specific expectations are met including regulatory & policy compliance, quality, delivery, and cost. Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED and 5 years of relevant experience). Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sourcing or Supply Chain. Desired Characteristics: Strong analytical skills Detail Oriented Ability to document, plan, market and execute programs. Aggressive self-starter. Working knowledge of ERP/ SSP systems / Next Gen Workflow.
