Location: Gcorp, Thane
Key Responsibilities: * Digital Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and implement the digital transformation strategy for distribution channels.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, self-service, and digital enablement for agents, partners, and customers.
  • Platform Development & Integration
  • Lead the design and deployment of digital platforms (Agent App, Partner Portal, POS tools).
  • Interface with Channel Partners for integration of systems and smooth launch.
  • Automate sales manual processes to reduce turnaround time
  • Enable real-time dashboards for sales performance, productivity, and compliance.
  • Use analytics to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer experience.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with Business, Channel Partners, IT, Operations, Compliance, and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships for technology solutions.
  • Change Management
  • Drive cultural shift towards digital adoption within the distribution network.
  • Conduct workshops and communication campaigns to promote digital tools.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of health insurance distribution models.
  • Expertise in digital platforms, CRM systems, and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in insurance.
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Technology, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in sales transformation, digital initiatives, or distribution enablement in insurance or BFSI.
