Lead Retail Marketing Job Responsibilities :Planning :- Conceptualize and design store-led activation programs with tool-kits that enable easy execution.- Plan corporate level alliances and collaborations to drive sales and various marketing objectives.- Drive visual merchandising design across all key touch-points Key functional responsibilities :- Design & lead the execution of retail marketing strategy to drive sales & increase footfall across regions.- Conceptualize programs for focus stores and execute the programs by empowering store managers through tool-kits.- Execute the brand and consumer engagement programs; including in-store communication as per the marketing calendar.- Deal with partners, activation agencies and production vendors to ensure timeliness, quality and at-right-cost.- Allocate and track marketing budget spend across regions and initiatives.- Leverage analytics to track marketing effectiveness & prove RoI of marketing initiatives.- Maximize success of the plans by ensuring alignment, effective articulation and communication of marketing plans to internal stakeholders.- Partner with Operations team for planning and overseeing execution of all the marketing related activities around new store launch as per the SOPs.People Management :- Guide the retail marketing & visual merchandising teams to conceptualize and design the right inputs.- Collaborate and work closely with Store operating teams to ensure execution as per plan.
