It\'s that simple. It\'s Zetwerk. Role and Responsibility Quality Management System (QMS) Development: . Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System specific to the Panipat Project, in alignment with relevant industry standards and client requirements. . Establish quality policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent and reliable execution of quality assurance and control activities. Inspection and Testing: . Conduct regular inspections of materials, equipment, and construction activities to verify compliance with project specifications and approved quality standards. . Oversee non-destructive testing (NDT) activities, such as ultrasonic testing, radiography, and other relevant techniques, to assess the integrity of critical components. Quality Assurance Processes: . Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure that quality requirements are integrated into all project stages effectively. . Collaborate with third-party inspection agencies, when necessary, to perform inspections and verify compliance. Documentation and Reporting: . Maintain accurate records of quality assessments, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions taken during the project\'s lifecycle. . Prepare regular quality reports for project management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Continuous Improvement : . Identify potential areas for process improvement and actively participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. . Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement among project teams. . Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: . Ensure that quality practices are in alignment with the project\'s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and standards. . Collaborate with HSE teams to address any quality-related risks that may impact safety or environmental performance. Client Communication: . Maintain effective communication with the client regarding quality-related matters, addressing queries, and providing regular project quality updates. Expertise And Qualifications . Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical with a minimum of 6 years of experience and Diploma in Mechanical with a minimum of 10 Years of experience. . Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., API, ASME, ASTM), . Familiarity with quality inspection and testing techniques, NDT methods, and equipment. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. . Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client representatives. . Quality-related certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer - CQE) will be advantageous. . Proven experience of Quality Engineering within the Oil & Gas industry. . Professional working knowledge of quality concepts, control techniques, product, process and material controls . Requires working knowledge of Microsoft word,Exceletc.
