What you will be doing:
- Understand the complex problems our customers face and how Cvent's products work to solve them
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, developers, content writers and other stakeholders to drive the experience of our applications
- Design intuitive, modern, accessible products that are consistent with platform-level standards
- Create detailed workflows, information hierarchies, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and other UX deliverables
- Adopt our product design system - UX standards, best practices, styles, patterns and guidelines
- Mentor junior designers on their projects
What it takes to be a Cventer:
- Masters / Bachelors degree in HCI, Design or a related field with 7-10 years of experience in product design
- Deep understanding of user centric design principles, responsive and adaptive design approaches for mobile
- Expert in design, critical thinking, problem solving, and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma and InVision)
- Understanding of user research methodologies
- Experience of working on enterprise software
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS and front-end frameworks for different OS platforms
