Experience on Declarative rules Declare expressions backward forward declare index Declare Trigger SLA Agent and Generating document based on the schedules and send it to group individual. Good understanding on security privileges access roles. Good understanding on Tickets and Change stage Withdraw Cancel case Delete case Field level auditing for capturing changes.
