Job Title: Lead Web Developer

You are great at

• Establish, develop, and promote standard architecture, frameworks, and guidelines
• Analyze complex business and technical problems related to the implementation of new technology and/or the customization of existing technologies
• Partner with other teams and end users to conceptualize new application projects, recommend technologies and implementation strategies
• Collaborate with agile developers to arrange knowledge transfer sessions for completed TeamSite components
• Prioritize business requirement, deliver results and report on impact

What it takes

• 5+ years of experience in multi-tier Web and/or Mobile Application architecture using OpenText TeamSite
• 3+ years of OpenText Media Management experience
• Proficient with Java, J2EE, REST and Spring frameworks, JavaScript Frameworks: Bootstrap, AngularJS and JQuery
• Experienced with application Servers such as JBoss, Tomcat and Weblogic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Great interpersonal skills demonstrated ability to forge trusting relationships across diverse, geographically distributed teams
• Aptitude for technology and the ability to connect technical concepts with customer value
