SLK Software is looking for lead networking engineer in bangalore with 8 to 12 years experience and expertise in technical skills like Routing, L3 switching \xe2\x80\x93SD-WAN implementation Roles and Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience on network infrastructure and maintenance team, ensuring network reliability through responsive troubleshooting and incident resolution.
- Good understanding on DNS, DHCP, Routing and Switching
- Good understanding on network protocols
- Extensive knowledge in network and security technologies
- Good understanding and hands-on experience on network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, proxies etc.
- Network monitoring Tools exposure to ensure optimum performance, reliability, and availability
- Work closely with internal and external teams for problem resolution
- Check on resource utilization for trending and capacity planning purposes.
- Understanding on network and security policies
- Automate network tasks and monitor their effectiveness
- Maintain complete technical documentation
- Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability
- Familiarity with access control models and network security
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools
- Developing, implementing and deploying SD-WAN Solutions, Oversee the SD-WAN managed service for customers, ensuring that configurations are optimized.
- Creating and following SD-WAN and SDN implementation plans
- Participate in other next-gen technical project delivery
- Good to moderate knowledge on IP Networking CCNA /CCNP , Routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching (VLAN, Trunking, Dot1x, various flavors of STP)
- SD-WAN Network Design and Architecture.
- Experience in planning and designing or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
- Remote SD-WAN Equipment configuration.
- Integration of circuits as it relates to SD-WAN devices.
- Create detailed network diagrams of Implemented SD-WAN services and equipment.
- 1st level Customer Support on SD-WAN Implementations.
- CCIE / CCNP or equivalent
- PNCNE / PCNSA / CCSA or equivalent
