Job Title : Senior Network Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Senior Network Engineer\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include the design, installation, and maintenance of the Global Network Infrastructure
• Proven expertise in Wide application of principles, theories and concepts of the TCP/IP protocol suite, LAN/WLAN/WAN technologies, switching, routing, structured cabling, and related troubleshooting
• Installation of both the software and hardware components of Network Infrastructure
• Hands on experience on DNAC, Cisco ISE and Cisco prime
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve solutions to a wide range of IOS, hardware, and connectivity failures methodologically and effectively. Able to provide solutions that are imaginative, thorough, and practicable
• Ability to aid level 1 staff as a first point of escalation during problem resolution.
• Perform Direct Responsible Individual (DRI) for end-to-end service support. On-call rotation with team members providing high severity incident support as needed
• Monitor and troubleshoot network incidents to meet operation level agreements
• Develop, deploy, test, and support network automation using as Ansible and Python.

Technology: (Knowledge/Skills)

• Proven experience and success with LAN, WLAN, WAN design and implementation.
• Hands on experience in Cisco Meraki, Cisco switching and Arista cloud.
• Troubleshooting the routing protocols like BGP, EIGRP, Static and OSPF and work with the ISPs and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Knowledge to automate using API\xe2\x80\x99s and good in python scripting.
• In depth expertise of how applications and servers operate and impact network performance.
• Hands-on experience in working with tools like Service Now, Solar winds, Cisco prime, Cisco ISE etc.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with Python and Ansible preferred
• Experience using DevOps tools such as Ansible and Git
• Experience in Azure Environment, VMs, databased or similar cloud experience will be a plus.
• Proven knowledge on SDN, SDWAN & Cloud computing.
