- Lead Network Engineer (Network Services)
What you’ll do

• Managing Network Operations Team/ Troubleshoot various layers & network technologies including Routing, Switching, Security, WAAS, Wireless controllers & Access Points
• Troubleshoot network equipment, and perform fault and problem management to ensure services are maintained according to the service levels defined
• Exceptional documentation skills that can clearly articulate technical designs, issues and constraints, procedures, and network assessments

• Network Operations Engineer with skills:
  • SDWAN – Implementation/troubleshooting on the Versa devices
  • Routing - Static routing, Dynamic protocols (IGP (OSPF, EIGRP), EGP(BGP), default routing
  • Cisco Wireless Controllers & Access Points: Code Upgrades, Certificate installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting, Managing licensing
    • Devices: AIR-AP3700, AIR-CAP3800 series
  • Switching – VSS, Spanning Tree, Port Channeling, VTP, Trunking
    • Devices- 2960, 3850, 4500, 6500 cat/native, Nexus 2k, 5k, 7k, 9k (Spine & Leaf)

Preferred Skills

• Security- Palo Alto/Cisco ASA
  • Devices Palo Alto – 5000, 7000 series, with good hand on knowledge on upgrading codes, bug scrubbing, creating VPN tunnels, Running debugs etc.
  • Cisco ASA 5510, 5500 x series, with good hands on knowledge on upgrading codes, bug scrubbing, creating/troubleshooting B2B vpn tunnels, remote access, any connect
• Cisco WAAS Engines: Upgrading codes/ maintaining/migrating device models, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Devices: WAVE-594,7541, OE-VWAAS-ESX,7571,7371,8541, 294-K9,
• Automation (Preferred) – Phython, Ansible, Network automation tools

What you need to succeed

• Senior level Specialist to manage critical/complex environment. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in designing, implementing, troubleshoot & managing enterprise network & security platforms
• Demonstrate deep expertise in technical and security process design.
• Maintain the state enterprise network & security infrastructure
• Collaboratively work with the end-users/teams to support the requirements

• Minimum 5-7yrs. Relevant experience in Network & Security implementation/operations & supporting complex enterprise networks
• Analyze business requirements to develop technical network solutions & evaluate emerging technologies
• Collaborate with other local / global team engineers, Mentoring / Coaching of colleagues and support personnel as a team
• Capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices for the Corp Network. Solid trouble shooting skills including packet level analysis.
• Strong technical expertise of IPV6, MPLS, VSS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DMVP, IPSEC, Spanning Tree, multicast, policy-based routing, Link Aggregation (LACP), vPC, QoS, traffic-shaping, load balancing, WAN Optimization, Cisco Wireless, network and data security etc.
• Exposure on managing the network infrastructure of the call center environment (including- PCI compliance)
