Key Responsibilities:
Team Building & Leadership: Assemble, train, and lead a high-performance market research team dedicated to account-based research. Research Strategy Development: Design a comprehensive research plan to delve into target accounts, understanding their needs, challenges, and potential areas of opportunity for SourceFuse services. Data Collection & Analysis: Oversee the gathering of quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and relevance. Account Profiling: Construct detailed profiles of target clients, highlighting their IT infrastructure, potential pain points, and areas where SourceFuse can offer unique solutions. Sales Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team at SourceFuse to convert research insights into actionable sales strategies and pitches. Tools & Technology: Identify, recommend, and implement the best research tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Reporting: Present regular updates and reports to senior management at SourceFuse, detailing research findings and recommendations. Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest in the IT services industry, ensuring our research methodologies remain current and competitive. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other relevant departments at SourceFuse to ensure alignment in strategy and messaging.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
7-10 years of experience in market research, with a focus on account-based research
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Proficiency in research tools and software
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of the global IT services market and key industry players
